PRINCIPAL’S REPORT ~ November 26th


Learning Update

Stem Academy – First Lego League

The STEM Academy students competed in the regional competition of the first Lego League on Tuesday11th November. We were all excited and proud of their efforts. The team qualified for the National finals competition in Melbourne on Dec 6th and were given another award which was the Peer award voted by other competitors. That is the third time our STEM Academy has qualified for the Nationals. Congratulations to Luke Smith and the STEM Academy.


Monday 10th Nov – Writing Moderation Community of Practice, Geelong

Nicki Tabone, Elise Jenkins and Jess Craghill at the writing moderation CoP, who then bring back their professional learning to the teachers.


Management Update

Class Requests

Class requests have now closed as we are finalising classes for 2026 in preparation for students’ transition day to their new class in 2025 on Tuesday December 9th.


Wellbeing and Engagement Update

Yr 4 Camp

Thanks to all our Year 4 campers. You braved the elements and the wild mozzies! Students adored it.


P-2 Athletics

Well done Amanda Edwards, Charlie Vagg and P-2 team for doing such a great job with P-2 athletics. Such a beautifully run event! Students all gave it their best efforts.



Year 1 Magic Show and BBQ



Well done to the Year 1 team – Nicki, Jaime, Sarah F, Karen M, Dan and Lily. The students had such a wonderful time at the magic show and BBQ.
